I am a self-representing artist and am registered with the
Self-Representing Artist registry,
with SRA #S103, all the lampwork listed in the auctions is made by me
in my studio in North Yorkshire. England
Each bead is individually made using a Nortel Minor Burner torch
(Duel Fuelled - Propane and Oxygen) and soft glass (usually 104COE).
The Glass I use is Vetrofond, Lauscha, CiM, ASK104 and Effetre/Moretti.
All beads are annealed in a Paragon SC2 digitally-controlled kiln,
cleaned and thoroughly examined for flaws before being photographed for sale.
Each bead is individually created to be unique and original,
all beads are one of a kind pieces of glass art.
Please note that even with extra care taken to make sure that all
photographs of beads and jewellery are taken in normal daylight and
are as close to the actual colours of the various items, the variations in
computer displays may give a different colour or saturation of colour.
Please contact me with any questions you may have on items
before purchasing if you wish.
My Beads Are NOT MASS PRODUCED Beads From China,
They Are Created By Me.
Please Keep Away From Small Children, They Could Be A Choking Hazard.

they ARE NOT MASS PRODUCED BEADS FROM CHINA!
* Please contact me BEFORE bidding if you have ZERO FEEDBACK.
(Some ebayers make it unfair for others!)
*Payment must be received within 3 Days of the auction closing.
*I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE.
*If a different delivery address is required, you must notify me
WITHIN 1 day of the auction closing.
*Please ask all Questions BEFORE the end of the Auction closing.
*I accept returns only if I have incorrectly adverstised an item.
*I do not refund Paypal or Postage charges.
* I accept returns within one week.
I will give a full refund if the item is in the same condition as it was sent out
i.e as stated by the auction in particular.
*If an item has been lost in the post,
I will seek compensation from Royal Mail.
When compensation has been recovered,
I will then pass on the refund.

Royal Mail will not give compensation for postal charges by standard Airmail.
* If an item has broken in transit,
It needs to be sent back to me
